Calm, Spacious Home in the Heart of Capitol Hill

Read a book in the library nook overlooking the street. Stroll among the 100-year-old trees on our street that's on the National Register of Historic Places. Travel photos grace the walls all around, while cool colors and rich hardwood floors recite an ode to calm throughout our home. Capitol Hill captures the indie, artistic spirit of Seattle with an endless number of hip blocks to explore. Walk along Broadway Ave to find a variety of restaurants. Some of the best cocktail lounges, bars, and music venues in the city are steps away, as is the light rail with easy access to the airport, stadiums, and downtown. We are avid travelers (over 60 countries!) and try to emulate the great experiences we've had in short term rentals along the way. We hope you're inspired by the space and are so grateful that you're sharing your current adventures with us. Our home has plenty of amenities like dedicated dining space, full kitchen with cookware to prepare family meals, access to a washer/dryer, as well as other conveniences. There is a dedicated office space next to the entrance with a door in case you need to take meetings and make private calls. In addition to a dedicated bathroom for each bedroom, there is a powder room on the main floor. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and come with new queen beds, lots of natural light, and private bathrooms. You have your own enormous closets. Previous guests have used the closets to hang an entire week's worth of clothes with space to spare. Please be aware that if there are more than four guests, you'll need to set up the aerobed in the living room. We've done this before and folks have been comfortable, but please make sure you're okay with this. We try to make everyone as comfortable as possible, but don't just listen to us.
